Job Title : Social Media Ad Campaign Manager (NO REMOTE)

Position Overview : We are seeking an experienced and creative Social Media Ad Campaign Manager to join our marketing team. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of hands-on experience in managing social media advertising campaigns across various platforms. They should be adept at developing and executing strategic ad campaigns to drive brand awareness, engagement, and conversions.

Responsibilities :

Develop and implement comprehensive social media advertising strategies to meet company objectives and targets.
Manage all aspects of social media ad campaigns, including campaign setup, targeting, optimization, monitoring, and reporting.
Conduct thorough audience research and analysis to identify target demographics and segments.
Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, creative, and analytics, to ensure alignment and effectiveness of ad campaigns.
Monitor ad performance metrics, analyze data, and make data-driven optimizations to maximize ROI and campaign effectiveness.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and platform updates to leverage new opportunities and innovations in social media advertising.
Provide regular reports and insights to stakeholders on campaign performance, key metrics, and recommendations for improvement.
Manage ad budgets effectively to ensure efficient allocation and optimization of resources.

Qualifications :

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or a related field.

Minimum of 5 years of experience in social media advertising, with a proven track record of managing successful ad campaigns.

In-depth knowledge and hands-on experience with social media advertising platforms, including Facebook Ads Manager, Instagram Ads, Twitter Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and others.

Strong analytical skills and proficiency in analyzing campaign data and performance metrics to drive insights and optimizations.

Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate campaign strategies, insights, and recommendations to stakeholders.

Creative thinker with a keen eye for detail and the ability to develop innovative ad concepts and messaging.

Proactive and self-motivated, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

Experience with A / B testing, audience segmentation, and optimization techniques.

Familiarity with ad tracking and attribution tools is a plus.
