Overview
LSAC is a not-for profit organization whose mission is to advance law and justice by supporting the learning journey from prelaw through practice.
Pay rate: $65,000 to $75,000, depending on experience
The Access Program Manager is responsible for developing and maintaining initiatives designed to increase the impact of mission aligned programs, including, but not limited to, the Pathway Collective, Strategy Booster, and data informed collaborations. In this capacity, the manager serves as a primary line of support for our pathway programs, tracks, and reports on our collaboration initiatives, and implements data informed tools and resources.
Responsibilities
Essential Job Functions

Develop and build online education content and program development in learning environment.
- Grow, manage, and track pathway program relationships and outreach.
- Review pathway grant proposals and provide recommendations based on latest LSAC data and research.
- Present at pathway and outreach events and programs on behalf of LSAC (requires travel).
- Gather information including data, published studies, and educational journal articles about educational barriers faced by students accessing legal education at all levels of the educational spectrum.
- Implement access programs designed to increase access to legal education.
- Collaborate across LSAC to embed programming and initiatives into existing structures.
Competencies
- Firm understanding of law school experience and legal education admissions process.
- Ability and willingness to learn and use specialized office software related to the duties assigned.
- Ability to work on multiple projects and prioritize as needed.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills as demonstrated in authoring memos and public speaking.

Qualifications
Education and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in education, law, or other related field or relevant experience. Master's degree preferred.
- Minimum two (2) years of experience managing relationships with multiple stakeholders and constituents.
- Minimum one (1) year of experience working with or running education pathway programs.
- Experience using data to inform programmatic solutions.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel is required.
Additional Information
Supervisory Responsibilities
This position has no direct supervisory responsibilities.
Position Type
The LSAC standard business hours are Monday-Friday, 8:30 a.m. - 4:45 p.m. ET. While these are the standard office hours for LSAC, as an exempt employee, the employee will be expected to work the hours necessary to satisfactorily complete their assignments in a responsible and professional manner.
Work Environment
This job operates in a remote environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines.
Travel Requirements
This position requires up to 30% travel.
