LSAC is a not-for profit organization whose mission is to advance law and justice by supporting the learning journey from prelaw through practice.
Pay rate: $90,000 to $100,000, depending on experience
We are seeking a skilled and motivated OneTrust Implementation Support Analyst to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for OneTrust administration including hands-on platform configuration, operation, and troubleshooting. This will entail user account, role, and group management, platform module configuration (various), and DSAR request processing, among other privacy administration duties. The successful candidate will have an understanding of OneTrust based privacy administration best practices including data classification, processing activity inventory/mapping, digital records retention, data subject request fulfillment, consent management, and related compliance requirements. You will work with cross-functional teams, including legal, security, product development, and IT, particularly as their work relates to the OneTrust Privacy and Governance product suite.
Responsibilities
Essential Job Functions

- Support OneTrust privacy platform/product module implementation and maintenance in alignment with the ongoing privacy roadmap.
- Regularly address Data Subject Access Requests (DSAR) according to defined procedures; adjust and document these as necessary. Collaborate with internal DSAR fulfillment personnel for accurate and expedient process execution. Propose and implement workflow improvements where opportunities exist.
- Develop and maintain OneTrust Targeted Data Discovery API integrations to access data from various sources and types.
- Maintain enterprise-wide data inventory/mapping along with related metadata resources to ensure adherence to privacy policies and standards.
- In relation to data inventory, maintain a Record of Processing Activities to meet regulatory compliance requirements, as well as enhance organizational data understanding.
- Assess and influence sensitive data access and handling practices according to data classification policy guidelines.
- Manage and enhance automated digital record management procedures for adherence to program requirements.
- Serve as a promoter of company-wide privacy knowledge by administering packaged as well as custom training campaigns.

Qualifications
Education and Experience
- B.A. or B.S. degree (preferred) and/or 3 years related experience.
- Experience with setup and administration of OneTrust modules supporting organization-wide Data Privacy and Governance objectives.
- Operational experience with data subject access request (DSAR) processing and administration within OneTrust.
- Hands-on experience with the OneTrust Data Discovery module to implement the adopted data classification policy.
- Enterprise Data Catalog administration and development.
- Background in digital records management as it pertains to retention and compliance requirements.
- Experience with relational and unstructured databases such as Oracle, CosmoDB, Azure SQL and document file systems.
- Understanding of relational data modeling/design principles and proficiency in writing SQL queries.
- Data literacy in the form of exploring, understanding and communicating self-derived data insights.
- Knowledge of inclusive design principles and digital accessibility standards.
- OneTrust product certifications and multiple successful OneTrust module implementations.
- Experience with any of the following is a plus: IAPP Certifications (e.g., CIPP, CIPM, CIPT), MS Azure (DevOps, Cloud Services, etc.), Power BI and other modern Microsoft Azure data platform components, and hands-on with Git and Azure DevOps.
Additional Information
Supervisory Responsibilities
This position has no direct supervisory responsibilities.
Position Type
The LSAC standard business hours are Monday-Friday, 8:30 a.m. - 4:45 p.m. ET. While these are the standard office hours for LSAC, as an exempt employee, the employee will be expected to work the hours necessary to satisfactorily complete their assignments in a responsible and professional manner.
Work Environment
This is a remote position. The job operates in a professional environment. Whether remote or in-office, this role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines.
Travel Requirements
Minimal to no travel is expected for this position.
