Crew Member Helper and Driver

We are hiring!

We are looking for hard working individuals that can work the overnight shift. We sweep Commercial parking lots Walmart, Home Depot, Lowes, etc.

As a helper you are required to use a backpack blower on all properties and make sure all lots are cleaned each night. This job requires a lot of time on your feet and walking. Helpers must have a state ID.

As a driver you are required to check into all lots using multiple apps. Make sure all equiptment returns to the shop in the same condition it left in. Drivers must have a license and a clean driving record.

Helpers make $13 an hour.

Drivers start at $13 and will be increased to $15 after 3 weeks of training and a clear MVR. We pay on a 1099-NEC. No taxes withheld. For example, 40h x $13/hr=$520.

After 3 week training period. Helpers will qualify for a 20% weekly bonus and drivers a 25% weekly bonus.

For example, helpers with a 20% weekly bonus.

40h x $13 = $520 x 20% ‎ = $104.00

$520 $104 ‎ = $624.00.

Driver with a 25% weekly bonus.

40h x $15 = $600 x 25% ‎ = $150.00

$600 $150 ‎ = $750.00

Both positions require reliable transportation to and from work each night.

Start time is 9pm. Finish around 7a.
