Business Law and Civil Litigation Law Firm seeks an additional Attorney to join the firm.
Some of the areas of law we practice in are: Business and Commercial Law, Construction Law, Real Estate Law, Professional Liability, Personal Injury Claims, and Estate Planning.
This Attorney will be licensed to practice Law in Nevada, have excellent knowledge of the legal principles and civil procedures, be an excellent communicator and be proficient in drafting legal documents. You will have a support staff working with you on your cases.
Experience:
· Minimum 5-10 years of Civil Litigation and/or Business Litigation experience
· Able to follow through with the cases/Case Management
· Able to produce Legal Research and Document Review
· Making Court appearances, Motion hearings, etc.
· Experience in attending and representing in Depositions, Mediations and Arbitrations
· Trial experience is a plus, but not mandatory
Benefits:
