Civil Litigation Law Firm is adding another Attorney to its team of experienced Attorneys practicing Civil Litigation for its clients working on both sides of Plaintiff and Defense, depending on the client’s needs.
This is a full-time position, Monday through Friday, in office.
Requirements:
· Licensed to practice Law in Nevada
· You must have excellent communication skills and be willing to work as a team
· Possess Excellent written and verbal communication skills
· Knowledge of legal principles and procedures
· Be proficient in legal research and drafting legal documents
Duties:
· Case Management
· Legal Research
· Document Review
· Working with Clients and opposing counsel
· Making Court appearances
· Attending Depositions, Mediations and Arbitrations
· Trial experience is a plus, but not mandatory
Benefits:
