Premier Plaintiff Personal Injury Law Firm is seeking an additional Attorney to join our busy, successful, team and work in Pre-Litigation.
This Attorney will understand the Pre-Litigation stages of Personal Injury Law and be licensed to practice law in the State of Nevada in order to qualify for an interview.
· Requirement – Minimum of 2 years of PI experience on the Plaintiff side
Experience in Demands and Negotiating Settlements along with Strong Analytical skills and Excellent Negotiation skills are required to be successful in this position.
- We do have an Intake department staffed with Attorneys and we will provide you with Case Managers that will write the demands with your supervision and approval.
We offer excellent benefits including health, dental and eye care along with 401K and other large benefits. Salary depends on your experience, however, the pay is very generous at $150-180K, DOE, and we do provide bonuses.
