Associate Attorney for our Taxation Department is needed, for immediate hire, to join our law firm. This particular position is for someone that has experience practicing in either Tax Law and/or Bankruptcy Law. Bankruptcy Attorneys can easily be trained for this Taxation Attorney position. Understanding that this is a unique field of law, we are willing to train the right person. We are also open to Attorneys licensed in other states as long as you take the Nevada Bar within 1 year of employment.
Job description includes helping clients with IRS Audits, Offers of Compromise, removing tax liens and levies, etc., and Bankruptcy matters related to same.
We are a family oriented group of Attorneys, provide a flexible schedule, work with MSWord, Outlook and Clio and offer a competitive salary. Salary will depend on experience.
