About You:
- You generally have 5-7 years of employment law experience;
- You have employment counseling experience with a management-side law firm;
- You have solid litigation experience, including motion practice, drafting and responding to discovery requests and will have taken/defended depositions;
- You have strong research and brief writing skills;
- You have been exposed to wage/hour, employment class action and/or restrictive covenant and trade secrets litigation;
- You are comfortable working on multiple matters simultaneously; and
- You have a J.D. degree (or its equivalent) and strong academic credentials, and you are admitted in (and in good standing with) or taking steps to become admitted in Illinois.
