This position requires exposure and participation in all aspects of civil litigation, from client intake, discovery, depositions, drafting and responding to dispositive motions and trial advocacy. Ideal candidate will have experience in some or all areas and has trial experience as first or second chair. Ideal candidate has 1-3 years experience with training in taking medical depositions. Good writing skills a must.
