Job Title: Employment Litigation Attorney
Location: Charlotte, NC
Responsibilities:
- Provide legal counsel and representation to clients on a wide range of labor law issues, including but not limited to, employment contracts, discrimination, harassment, wrongful termination, wage and hour disputes, and compliance with federal and state labor laws.
- Assist clients in navigating complex union-management relationships, collective bargaining negotiations, and representation in labor arbitrations.
- Conduct legal research, draft legal documents, and prepare briefs and memoranda for litigation and administrative proceedings.
Qualifications:
- Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
- Admission to the state bar of North Carolina.
- 1 years of experience in employment litigation.
- Strong understanding of federal and state labor laws, regulations, and legal principles.
Salary : $150,000 - $300,000
