Requirements
- Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school
- Active Florida Bar license
- 5 years of experience in Civil Litigation, Insurance Defense, General Liability, or Premises Liability
Responsibilities:
- Manage legal and litigation work for assigned cases
- Develop case strategies, considering all relevant factors (judge, opposing counsel, etc.)
- Submit regular, timely case status reports to claims handling
