Requirements

  • Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school
  • Active Texas Bar license
  • 3 years of experience in Civil Litigation, Insurance Defense, General Liability, or Premises Liability

Responsibilities :

  • Manage legal and litigation work for assigned cases
  • Develop case strategies, considering all relevant factors (judge, opposing counsel, etc.)
  • Submit regular, timely case status reports to claims handling
