Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year experience as a paralegal
- Conduct research to support legal proceedings
- Assist with the drafting and reviewing of legal documents and pleadings
- Investigate facts to help in the negotiation of legal disputes
- Record and store client information
- Filing and updating case management system
- Familiarity with legal research using Lexis Nexis and Westlaw
- Familiar with Federal and Louisiana state pleading formats
- Ability to prioritize and multitask
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Bilingual (Spanish)
