We are partnering with them to find an Employment Litigation Attorney to represent plaintiffs in class actions and individual cases involving financial fraud, including securities, ERISA, consumer, and data breach claims. The role also offers the opportunity to support the firm’s top-tier attorneys on gender discrimination, Title IX sexual assault cases, qui tam and whistleblower matters, and wage and hour disputes.
You are a perfect fit if you have:
- Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
- An active member in good standing with the Tennessee State Bar.
- 2 years of experience in employment litigation.
Base Salary Range: $130k - $180k(negotiable based on experience)
Salary : $130,000 - $180,000
