Senior Litigation Paralegal

Job Description

International Law Firm, with this location in Palo Alto, CA seeks a Senior Litigation Paralegal to join the Litigation team. This position entails working in a variety of Complex matters including some Intellectual Property cases, from inception to trial, working closely with the Litigation Attorneys. IP experience is a plus, but not a requirement.

General Job Duties:

• Assist with drafting discovery and correspondence
• Perform research and write summaries
• Bluebook, cite check and proofread court filings
• Prepare deposition notices, gather and organize exhibits
• E-filing in both State and Federal Courts
• Assist in trial preparation and attend
• Coordinate, gather and organize documents and maintain the client files
  
  

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree
• 5 plus years of Complex Litigation Paralegal Experience
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Detail oriented and able to multi-task
• Handle Confidential information discreetly
• Proficient in Microsoft Office suite including Excel
  
  

This firm offers a competitive salary $125-166K, DOE, and has an excellent benefits program.
