Patient Service Representative (1 FT position)
Fast growing and employee friendly, with an exciting opportunity for a Patient Service Representative in our Lawrenceville, NJ location. This is a full time position and the hours are 8am to 4:30pm, Monday to Friday, no weekends.
The main duty of this position is to communicate with various insurance companies/plans and our patients in order to provide them with our services.
Essential Functions:
- Prepare work orders
- Obtain the proper documents for insurance companies/plans
- Verify patient benefits and pre-certify our services
- Conduct, communicate and dress appropriately
- Assure flow of service
- Exercise knowledge of different insurance company's or plan's procedures
- Provide excellent customer service to all patients
- Complete other duties as assigned
