Role and Responsibilities:
- Create visually appealing and functional front-end applications.
- Comprehend client-side and server-side architecture for seamless integration.
- Develop and manage robust and efficient applications.
- Write and maintain effective APIs for various functionalities.
- Test software to ensure responsiveness and efficiency.
- Identify, debug, and upgrade software issues.
- Assess and remediate issues identified during vulnerability scans.
- Write comprehensive technical documentation.
- Work with customers to enhance and improve existing software.
- Actively participate in the Agile development process.
Requirements:
- Master of Arts orScience in related field with a minimum of 10 years' experience as Software Engineer
- OR Bachelor of Arts or Science in related field with a minimum 12 years’ experience as Software Engineer
- US Citizenship
- Secret Clearance Required
- CompTIA Security certification required
TechnicalSkills:
- Excellent written and verbal communications skills
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience using C#
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in debugging web applications using MS Visual Studio 2017
- Proficiency in using Microsoft Web Forms, MVC, .NET Core, and .NET 4.x Framework
- Experienced with Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) principles
- Proficient in Angular 4.x for Single-Page Application (SPA) architecture
- Skilled in modern UX Design principles (CSS, Bootstrap, Material, etc.)
- Capable of writing SQL for major databases (Oracle 11-12.x, SQL Server 201x)
- Adept at using APIs (JSON, XML, .NET Core 2.x with Web API preferred)
- Competent with Source Control (Git, Azure DevOps Server 2019, TFS)
- Knowledgeable in Agile development processes (SAFe, Scrum, etc.)
- Skilled in vulnerability analysis and remediation using commercial tools (HP Fortify, SonarQube, etc.)
- Familiar with Classic ASP (VBScript)
- Familiar with Windows Communication Foundation (WCF) v4.x
