You Are
A Microsoft Stack Developer in San Antonio, Texas who will support the Dental Integration Service Center (DISC) Program Management Office (PMO). The Microsoft Stack Developer will be responsible for providing development support of existing enterprise applications and services to meet the needs of the business through programming, documenting, and testing
How You Will Make An Impact
This position is responsible for developing applications using C#/ASP.NET Model View Controller (MVC) applications, as well as systems using AngularJS and RESTful Application Programming Interface (API) services. Developers may optimize and modernize legacy reports using Structured Query Language (SQL) Server Reporting Services (SSRS) and support/maintain existing SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS) packages.

Responsibilities
- Ability to thoroughly understand business requirements and validate completed work to ensure it meets said requirements
- Ability to understand and adhere to departmental and compliance protocols
- Ability to work with and manage shifting priorities
- Demonstrate proficiency in new programming technology and best practices
- Design and manage relational databases based on functional requirements
- Work with the Scrum Master to outline and plan technical requirements for future product features
- Design and develop applications that meet specifications based on industry best practices
- Document software modules and program code following industry best practices
- Develop system test criteria and participate in system testing
- Respond to, isolate, and resolve programming issues for new and legacy applications
- Provide recommendations for standards on programming languages and methodologies
- Collaborate with the Development team to improve, test, and debug issues and provide technical support

Here's What You Need
- Bachelor’s degree, preferably in computer science or related field (four years of comparable development work experience beyond the required years of experience may be substituted in lieu of a Bachelor’s degree)
- 4 years of experience with Visual Studio, C#, .NET Application Development
- 4 years of experience with Microsoft SSIS and SSRS development
- US citizen
- Ability to pass a background screening with no outstanding derogatory information. This position also requires a Public Trust and a T3 Secret clearance
- Experience with Azure DevOps, GitHub
- Experience with Extract, Transform, Load process
- Experience with Agile development methodologies and ceremonies
- Healthcare industry background
- Familiarity with federated identity application architectures
