What are the responsibilities and job description for the IT Systems Analyst Endpoint Helpdesk Team position at Lawgistics Inc?
We are an outsourced IT firm specializing in mid/large sized law firms. We are expanding and need additional technical staff to help achieve our vision on a larger scale. The prerequisites for the position are:
• Friendly and professional customer service skills
• A strong desire to learn and advance in the IT field
• A bachelor’s degree in computer science, information systems or a related discipline; or an associate’s degree and two years of IT experience
Job duties will include:
• Assist end users with Microsoft Office and other applications
• Assist end users with installation of printers, scanners, webcams and other peripherals
• Troubleshooting remote access issues
· Provide mobile device support
• Build new desktop/laptop pcs from image or via automation
• Work on productivity related PowerShell scripts
• Work on endpoint aspects of projects
• Manage end user communications for assigned clients
• Coordinate actions with the Infrastructure Team on assigned clients
• Occasional work at client premises
