We have a great opportunity for a strong manager to lead our team and manage our 3 Woburn Service Locations. We are currently looking for an experienced Automotive Service Director to join our company! We are looking for an energetic, self-motivated, proven leader to grow our fixed operations to the next level and beyond. A proven track record is more important than the number of years in automotive service management. Experience is REQUIRED!

Responsibilities:
- Our Top Priority is to have the Highest CSI Possible
- Maintaining an enthusiastic attitude to build positive employee attitudes and morale.
- Oversee fixed operations. Develop, implement, and monitor all Sales, Follow-up, and Training processes.
- Monitor daily operations, minimize open RO’s daily, daily & weekly production reporting.
- Maintain strong communications between all departments.
- Oversee the hiring and training of all service employees.
- Create cost-effective advertising programs and merchandising strategies for the dealership.
PREVIOUS SERVICE MANAGEMENT EXPERIENCE IS REQUIRED!
