Due to an internal promotion, Lawley’s Specialty Insurance team is in search of an Assistant Account Manager for their Buffalo, NY office! This position will assist Account Managers with endorsements, certs, binders, as well as referring cross-sell and up-sell opportunities to the Account Manager for review with the client. The ideal candidate has at least one year of experience in a similar position and a P&C license, or the willingness to pursue in their first 90 days. This position would be handling our professional lines of coverage (D&O, E&O, cyber, pollution, crime, etc.)! Fundamental Components of the Job :
Produce summaries, ordering and issuing binders, certificates, policies, policy changes, premium / loss summaries, proposals, complete coverage reviews and other insurance documents within designated timelines
Obtain non-marketed renewal quotes from existing carriers, completing renewal processes and handle non-renewal and cancellations for cause, validate audits
Other functions of the job :
- Identify cross sell and up sell opportunities as appropriate
- Expand and grow in your role when supporting miscellaneous duties as requested
