Landscape Treatment Technician

Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Spray Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for applying various treatments to landscapes, lawns, and agricultural settings to control pests and enhance plant health. This role requires a combination of technical knowledge, hands-on skills, and a customer-oriented approach to ensure the highest level of service.

Duties

• Apply pesticides, herbicides, and fertilizers according to safety regulations and company standards.
• Operate and maintain power tools and farm machinery used in the spraying process.
• Conduct thorough inspections of properties to identify pest issues and recommend appropriate treatments.
• Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and provide expert advice on pest control and lawn care.
• Maintain accurate records of services performed, including treatments applied and materials used.
• Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations regarding pesticide application.
• Perform routine maintenance on equipment and tools to ensure optimal performance.

Skills

• Proficiency in pest control techniques and knowledge of various pest species.
• Experience with landscape maintenance and lawn care practices.
• Ability to operate hand tools, power tools, and farm machinery safely and effectively.
• Strong sales skills to promote services and educate clients on pest management solutions.
• Excellent communication skills for interacting with clients and team members.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills for maintaining accurate service records.
• A valid driver's license is required for travel between job sites.
