Laborer/Operator

Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking Laborer/Operator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for operating machinery, performing manual labor tasks, and ensuring the efficient operation of our production processes. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

Duties

• Operate various types of machinery and equipment safely and efficiently.
• Perform routine maintenance checks on equipment to ensure optimal performance.
• Assist in loading and unloading materials as needed.
• Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment.
• Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines.
• Report any equipment malfunctions or safety hazards to supervisors immediately.
• Participate in training sessions to enhance skills and knowledge related to the role.

Experience

• Previous experience in a labor or operator role is required.
• Familiarity with operating heavy machinery or industrial equipment.
• Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting, standing for long periods, and working in varying weather conditions.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively within a team environment.

Pay: From $22.00 per hour
