Responsibilities
- Perform landscape maintenance tasks including mowing, edging, and trimming lawns to maintain a neat appearance.
- Irrigate lawns and gardens effectively to promote healthy growth.
- Dig and prepare soil for planting flowers, shrubs, or trees as needed.
- Build landscape features such as flower beds, pathways, and decorative elements.
- Conduct groundskeeping duties to ensure the cleanliness and safety of outdoor areas.
- Trim trees and shrubs to enhance their health and appearance while ensuring safety protocols are followed.
- Maintain equipment used in lawn care, demonstrating mechanical knowledge for troubleshooting and repairs.
- Provide tree care services including pruning and disease management to promote healthy growth.
Skills
- Strong knowledge of landscape maintenance practices and gardening techniques.
- Experience with irrigation systems and their effective operation.
- Ability to dig, plant, and build various landscape features with attention to detail.
