Lawn Doctor is looking for a highly organized and eager individual to join our team as an Office Assistant. Our office team is an integral part of both our customer service and our team’s operations. They engage with our customers helping to resolve issues and address needs. They also drive our business operations through managing routes, supporting marketing, and tracking information in our software. Lawn Doctor believes that employees who are given a chance to grow professionally will in turn help to grow a business. The ideal candidate for this position has a strong work ethic, is a self-starter, is a great communicator, positive/upbeat outlook, and is good working on computers. Actual work experience in the lawn care industry is highly desirable. Our Office Assistant must have THE FOLLOWING REQUIREMENTS:

Candidates who will distinguish themselves will have some or all of the following experience:
- Customer service and problem-solving customer questions or issues
- Knowledge in supporting field technicians in a residential services business (lawn care or other trade)
- Working in an operational software to manage customer relationships

Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly
- Manage phone/text/email communications, utilizing multi-line phone systems with professionalism and courtesy.
- Capture information and input and analyze data in our Operations Software
- Utilize computer skills to maintain records and assist with administrative duties
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow and effective communication
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20.00 - $21.00 per hour
Expected hours: 32 – 46 per week
