What You’ll Do:
- Engage with new leads to convert them into Lawn Doctor customers.
- Work with existing customers to add additional services to enhance their lawn care program.
- Proactively follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and retain accounts—this includes inbound and outbound calls to customers who wish to cancel, confidently working to win them back.
- Develop in-depth knowledge of Lawn Doctor’s services to effectively answer questions and provide recommendations.
- Maintain a focus on quality service and a positive customer experience.
What We’re Looking For:
- Strong communication and sales skills, with confidence in outbound calling.
- A positive attitude and a customer-first mindset.
- The ability to work flexible hours, adjusting to peak phone times.
- A strong work ethic, reliability, and good attendance record.
- Prior sales or lawn care experience is a plus but not required.
