Licensed Full Time Pest Control Technician. Guaranteed 40 hours/week after 90 days. Mon-Fri 7am-3:30pm. PTO, IRA match, paid holidays, customer satisfaction bonuses.

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide top quality exterior pest control applications in a safe and efficient manner.
- Perform shop/equipment work as needed.
- Offer appropriate new services to customers and prospects while in the field.
- Proactively communicate with customers to address their needs and enhance their experience.
- Collaborate with leadership to promote continual growth and improvement.
Required Qualifications:
- Must possess integrity, self-awareness, humility, compassion, and resilience.
- Strong work ethic
- Enjoy working outdoors
- Valid driver's license, clean driving record
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to operate machinery and lift 50 pounds
- Ability to meet production goals
- Pass a drug test and background check
Desired Qualifications:
- Licensed in Delaware categories 5C and 7A preferred
Compensation:
Hourly Pay: $20-$22/hour depending on experience and licensing
