Lawn Doctor is looking for individuals dedicated to providing high-quality, customer-focused services to join our team as Tree and Shrub/Tick control Care Technicians.

Daily Tasks include:

• Apply regulated pest control product to lawns, landscape beds, and trees and shrubs
• Maintain the appearance of their assigned equipment and vehicles
• Interact respectfully and positively with customers, the public, and other Lawn Doctor technicians and employees
• Maintain necessary and proper communication with the office throughout the day
• Behave in a professional and courteous manner at all times
• Demonstrate honesty and integrity at all times
• Shop Work
• Offer New Services to Customers

Requirements:

• Prefer you to have a Massachusetts pesticide application license
• Good written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to operate machinery
• Ability to meet production goals
• Be able to lift in excess of 50 pounds
• Valid drivers license
  
  

The ideal candidate for this position has a strong work ethic, is interested in learning and growing. You must have a valid drivers license, clean driving record, reliable transportation to work and good attendance record. We are in need of an individual with experience in Horticulture with the ability to identify tree and shrub species as well as the problems that can occur with them. The right person should be passionate about communications through phone and email and willing to learn the Lawn Doctor Tree and shrub/ Tick control service features and benefits.
