You’ll close inbound leads, pursue new clients (like HOAs & commercial accounts), manage bids, and help grow our Holiday Lighting division. You’ll also design marketing materials and develop consistent sales messaging for our team. This is a high-impact role with clear performance goals tied to company growth.

- Handle inbound sales calls, follow-ups, and upsells
- Prospect and cold-call potential clients (HOAs, commercial, etc.)
- Bid commercial jobs and grow our Holiday Lighting brand
- Design marketing materials and coordinate campaigns
- Develop sales scripts and team messaging
Requirements:
- Friendly, outgoing, and great on the phone
- Organized, self-motivated, and goal-driven
- Willing to learn about lawncare & seasonal services
- Comfortable with cold outreach and sales targets
- Basic marketing/design skills (e.g. Canva) a plus
