- Engage with leads via phone, email, and other channels to convert them into loyal Lawn Doctor customers.
- Build relationships with current customers, focusing on upselling additional services to enhance their lawn care programs.
- Provide exceptional customer service, addressing inquiries and resolving concerns promptly.
- Out-of-Office Work (40%):
- Conduct in-person lawn evaluations to assess potential customers' needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Perform lawn "check-ins" with existing customers to ensure their satisfaction, address any concerns, and identify opportunities to enhance their service programs.
- Represent Lawn Doctor as a trusted advisor during property visits, showcasing your expertise and building rapport with clients.
