Position: Lawn Care Technician & Sales Specialist

As a Lawn Care Technician & Sales Specialist, you'll be the face of Lawn Doctor, delivering exceptional lawn care services while building strong relationships with both new and existing customers. You'll treat lawns with top-quality, environmentally friendly products, aerate, seed, and apply services that help our customers’ lawns thrive. Plus, you’ll have the opportunity to promote additional services, turning prospects into loyal customers and ensuring our existing clients have everything they need to keep their lawns looking great.

Key Responsibilities:

· Serve as Lawn Doctor's ambassador by providing top-notch lawn care services to customers.

· Treat lawns with environmentally sensitive products, and perform services like fertilization, aeration, seeding, and more.

· Engage with new leads, turning them into loyal Lawn Doctor customers.

· Connect with current customers to offer additional services that enhance their lawn care experience.

· Retain customers through proactive follow-ups and excellent customer service.

· Become an expert on Lawn Doctor's services and answer any questions from customers or prospects.

· Operate machinery and meet production goals.

· Maintain a safe, clean, and organized vehicle and equipment.

What We’re Looking For:

· A strong work ethic and a passion for delivering excellent service.

· Reliability: A valid driver’s license, clean driving record, and dependable transportation.

· Physical Ability: Ability to lift over 50 pounds and operate lawn care machinery.

· Communication Skills: Both verbal and written, for interacting with customers and prospects.

· Customer-Centric Mindset: A genuine desire to help customers achieve the best possible results for their lawns.

· Enthusiasm for Outdoor Work: Willingness to work in all types of weather.

· Previous experience in lawn care or landscaping (but we’ll train the right person!).
