What You'll Do:

- Learn to conduct lawn evaluations and identify basic lawn care issues with hands-on training.
- Present product and service offerings clearly and compellingly to customers.
- Build lasting relationships with customers through exceptional service and follow-up.
- Meet and exceed sales goals in a supportive, competitive environment.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure customer satisfaction and service excellence.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions in the company’s CRM system.
Proven sales experience, ideally in a customer-facing role.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to connect with customers and explain solutions clearly.
- Self-motivated with a growth mindset, customer-focused approach, and team-oriented attitude.
- Passion for outdoor work, lawn care, or customer service is a plus.
- A valid driver’s license with a clean record for client visits and site assessments.
