What You’ll Do:
- Engage with Customers: Answer inbound calls and speak with potential customers to share our services and provide price quotes.
- Follow Up & Ensure Satisfaction: Make outbound calls to follow up on estimates, resolve customer issues, and ensure every customer is satisfied.
- Drive Sales: Help customers discover how our services can benefit their lawns and sell our services over the phone.
- Stay Organized: Maintain accurate customer data, process paperwork, and support the sales and service teams.
What We’re Looking For:
- A motivated, self-starter with a positive attitude.
- Excellent communication skills and a knack for multitasking.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel (we’ll train you on our software).
- Previous experience in the lawn care industry is a plus, but not required.
