What Youll Do :
Engage with Customers : Answer inbound calls and speak with potential customers to share our services and provide price quotes.
Follow Up & Ensure Satisfaction : Make outbound calls to follow up on estimates, resolve customer issues, and ensure every customer is satisfied.
Drive Sales : Help customers discover how our services can benefit their lawns and sell our services over the phone.
Stay Organized : Maintain accurate customer data, process paperwork, and support the sales and service teams.
What Were Looking For :
A motivated, self-starter with a positive attitude.
Excellent communication skills and a knack for multitasking.
Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel (well train you on our software).
Previous experience in the lawn care industry is a plus, but not required.
