Lawn Doctor of Royal Oak is a small, family-owned business dedicated to providing high-quality lawn care services with a personal touch. We are seeking a dependable and driven individual to join our team as a Sales Representative. In this role, you will work with both current customers to enhance their service packages and new leads to convert them into satisfied Lawn Doctor customers. We believe that when our employees grow professionally, our business thrives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Engage with potential customers to convert leads into new Lawn Doctor clients.
• Work with existing customers to offer additional services that enhance and beautify their properties.
• Provide excellent customer service and maintain strong relationships with clients.
• Retain customers through proactive post-sale follow-ups.
• Develop a deep understanding of Lawn Doctor’s services to confidently address customer inquiries.

Ideal Candidate:

• Strong work ethic and a passion for customer service.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Valid driver’s license, clean driving record, and reliable transportation.
• Dependable with a good attendance record.
• Sales experience and/or knowledge of lawn care is a plus, but not required.
