Licensed Full-Time Pest Control Technician. Guaranteed 40 hours/week after 90 days. Mon-Fri 7 am-3:30 pm. PTO, paid holidays, customer satisfaction bonuses.

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide top quality exterior pest control applications in a safe and efficient manner.
- Perform shop/equipment work as needed.
- Offer appropriate new services to customers and prospects while in the field.
- Proactively communicate with customers to address their needs and enhance their experience.
- Collaborate with leadership to promote continual growth and improvement.
Required Qualifications:
- Must possess integrity, self-awareness, humility, compassion, and resilience.

- Valid driver's license, clean driving record

Compensation:
Hourly Pay: $45,000 - 55,000/ annual depending on experience and licensing
