Position Overview

We are looking for a Customer Service Associate (CSA) to join our team for the season. This

in-office role requires outstanding customer service skills, phone communication, and data entry

expertise.

What To Expect

• Seasonal Schedule: Full-time hours (30–40 hours per week) Monday through Friday. The season runs primarily February through September, with occasional Saturday shift from April to June.
• Work Location: Fort Collins, CO office.
• Benefits: Paid holidays, paid time off, extended illness bank, health insurance (eligible after 60 days), and a Simple IRA with company match.
• Training: Thorough hands on training and support from our experienced staff.
  
  

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the first point of contact for customer inquiries.
• Provide service information and resolve customer issues.
• Manage multi-line phone systems to handle calls efficiently.
• Accurate data entry to Customer Relationship Management (CRM) database.
• Process payment transactions securely.
• Refer unresolved issues to management.
• Support other office tasks during slower periods. Skills and Qualifications
• Exceptional customer service and communication skills (both written and verbal).
• Proficient in Google Suite, calendar tools, and Excel.
• Ability to learn new systems like our CRM software.
• Strong customer retention skills
• Strong problem-solving and active listening skills.
• Capable of prioritizing tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  
  

Experience Requirements

• Customer Service.
• Strong telecommunication skills.
• Available Monday through Friday.
• Data entry experience (10-key by touch, 60 WPM typing speed)
  
  

Compensation: $19.00–$22.00 per hour, depending on experience.
