Field Service Technician - Full Time
As a Field Service Technician, you’ll be responsible for delivering professional services by applying treatments to lawns and landscapes and ensuring customer satisfaction. This role offers the opportunity to work independently and manage your own day, with plenty of support and continued education from management to ensure your success. Obtaining a Massachusetts Pesticide Applicator’s License (if not already certified) is required. The opportunity for training, coordination, and cost of the exam (up to two attempts) is covered by us upon hire for this position.
Key Responsibilities:
- Apply treatments to lawns and landscapes with a variety of equipment
- Operate company vehicles and equipment, ensuring safe and effective use
- Manage a daily schedule and use a mobile device to track service completion and customer information
- Ensure a high-quality, professional service for all customers
Must-Haves:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid MA driver’s license with a safe driving record (3 or more years of driving experience preferred)
- Ability to lift 50 lbs. and perform physical tasks such as push spreaders, pull hoses, etc.
- Reliable, positive attitude, and strong work ethic
Nice-to-Haves (but not required!):
- Knowledge of lawn care, pest control, or plant health
- MA Pesticide Applicator’s License (eligible for $1,500 signing bonus!)
- Mechanical aptitude and ability to operate service equipment
- Strong time management skills

Work Schedule
Full-time (Monday-Friday), with some Saturday availability during Spring & Fall. Opportunities for overtime.
Compensation
Hourly rate ranges from $20.00-$28.00 per hour and is determined by skills, experience, and licensing. This position qualifies for department incentives, production bonuses, and a lucrative end-of-year bonus.
