Job Description
Lawn Care Specialists play an important role in creating green, healthy, and weed-free lawns for our customers. They perform lawn analysis and make service recommendations to customers in the field, applying fertilizer and treating weeds as needed. This position does not involve mowing or landscaping.
Required Skills and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need the willingness and ability to obtain an Illinois or Wisconsin pesticide applicators license within 60 days. You should have the ability to work in a results-oriented environment and possess a strong work ethic. As a Lawn Care Specialist, you will work independently with little supervision, making decisions that impact customer satisfaction.
