What You'll Do :
- Engage with new leads to convert them into Lawn Doctor customers.
- Work with existing customers to add additional services to enhance their lawn care program.
- Proactively follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and retain accounts -this includes inbound and outbound calls to customers who wish to cancel, confidently working to win them back .
- Develop in-depth knowledge of Lawn Doctor's services to effectively answer questions and provide recommendations.
- Maintain a focus on quality service and a positive customer experience.
