Lawn Enforcement Agency, Inc is looking for an experienced Construction Production Manager to organize and oversee the landscape and hardscape department. You will be responsible for the overseeing the construction operations department, installation and fleet. Having the ability to delegate responsibilities to other staff in order for the entire department to have the highest quality and efficient operation of all production. Management skills to work with all the staff and create a great culture and working enviroment though your leadership. Daily decision-making and problem-solving is a required ability as this is a fast paced and growing organization servicing high end residential to large commercial accounts. REQUIRED MUST HAVES:
- Florida Drivers license
- LMA: Lead, manage and accountability.
- Organizational skills. being able to multitask the fast paced construction industry.
- 3 years in Landscaping
- 1 Years minimum in Hardscaping
- Computer skills. Office, LMN or other construction industry software
Responsibilities
- Liaison with other managers to formulate objectives and understand requirements
- Know Estimate costs and Job prepared budgets
- Organize workflow to meet specifications and deadlines
- Monitor production to resolve issues
- Supervise and evaluate performance of production personnel (quality of jobs, work procedures, workers etc.)
- Determine amount of necessary resources (workforce, raw materials equipment, etc.)
- Ensure the project meets quality standards
- Enforce health and safety precautions
Skills
- Proven experience as construction Production Manager
- Deep knowledge of production management
- Understanding of quality standards and health and safety regulations
- Knowledge of performance evaluation and budgeting concepts
- Experience in reporting on key production metrics
- Outstanding communication ability
- Excellent organizational and leaderships skills
- Attention to detail
- Strong decision-making skills and a results-driven approach
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $50,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
