Overview

Duties
- Supervise and coordinate daily landscaping operations, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
- Manage a team of landscape technicians, providing guidance and support to enhance their skills and performance.
- Plan and execute landscape projects, including planting, lawn care, tree care, and irrigation installation.
- Maintain equipment and tools to ensure they are in good working condition for all landscaping activities.
- Conduct regular inspections of job sites to ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
- Communicate with clients to understand their landscaping needs and provide recommendations for improvements.
- Train team members on best practices in landscape maintenance and groundskeeping techniques.
- Build strong relationships with clients by delivering exceptional service and addressing any concerns promptly.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in landscape management or a similar role is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of lawn care practices, tree care techniques, and irrigation systems.
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate a team effectively.
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions while maintaining a positive attitude.
- Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail in all aspects of work.
- Valid driver's license is required; experience operating landscaping equipment is a plus.
- A passion for gardening and creating aesthetically pleasing outdoor environments is highly desirable.
