Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Lawn Care Specialist to join our team. This role is essential in maintaining the aesthetics and health of residential and commercial landscapes. As a Lawn Care Specialist, you will be responsible for various landscaping tasks, ensuring that properties are well-kept and visually appealing.
Duties
- Perform regular mowing of lawns to maintain an even height and healthy growth.
- Execute landscape maintenance tasks including weeding, mulching, and planting.
- Utilize hand tools and equipment for groundskeeping activities.
- Conduct tree trimming and care to promote healthy growth and safety.
- Digging and preparing soil for planting new trees, shrubs, or flowers.
- Maintain cleanliness of job sites by properly disposing of debris and waste materials.
- Communicate effectively with clients regarding their landscaping needs and preferences.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in lawn care or landscaping is preferred but not required.
- Knowledge of groundskeeping practices including landscape maintenance techniques.
- Familiarity with using hand tools such as shovels, rakes, pruners, and lawnmowers.
- Work is performed outdoors under various types of weather conditions with possible exposure to hazards associated with outside maintenance.
- Strong attention to detail with a commitment to quality workmanship.
- Valid driver's license may be required for transportation to job sites.
- Willingness to learn new skills.
- Maintain professional relationships with coworkers.
- Compensation based on experience, drive, quality, and initiative.
- Must submit to background screening and possible drug screening.
- We require a drug and alcohol free work environment.
- Work place locations varies based on clients location. Must be at meeting point on time daily.

Pay: $15.00 - $20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 20 – 50 per week
