Lawn Care Crew Member

Job Description

Lawn One is accepting applications for a crew member to join our team. This is a year-round lawn care and snow removal position. We are looking for motivated individuals with a passion for the green industry.

Lawn One is an established lawn care company that strives for a reputation in quality. We are a family-owned and operated business in Bennet, NE since 2009. We take great pride in servicing residential and commercial lawns with first rate equipment. Our team consists of skilled, hardworking, and reliable individuals.

Job Duties:

· Mowing - Exmark Lazer Z, Turf Tracer, 21in push mowers

· Trimming – Stihl trimmers

· Blowing – Stihl handheld and backback blowers

· Aerating – Ryan & Stinger stand-ons, Ryan walk behinds

· Landscape Maintenance - spring & fall clean ups, mulching

· Snow Removal – Boss V Blades, single stage snowblowers

Requirements:

· Strong work ethic

· Outdoor Experience

· 40-50 hours per week starting mid-March thru November (December thru mid-March hours will depend on weather)

· Monday thru Friday work week (weather permitting)

· Commercial mowing experience preferred

· Detail Oriented

· Positive Attitude

· Professional

· Team player

· Valid driver’s license

Pay: $35,000.00 - $45,000.00 per year

Schedule:

• 10 hour shift
• 8 hour shift
• Monday to Friday

Salary : $35,000 - $450,000
