Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Weed Control & Fertilization Technician to join our team. This role requires hands-on experience with various tools and machinery, as well as the ability to drive and operate equipment safely. The Technician will play a vital role in ensuring the efficiency and effectiveness of our services while maintaining high standards of quality.
Responsibilities
- Operate and maintain spraying equipment, ensuring all equipment is in good working condition.
- Lay down liquid and granular weed control and fert on lawns.
- Ability to identify weeds and different plants/flowers.
- Utilize hand tools and power tools for various tasks
- Drive to different job sites as required, ensuring timely arrival and completion of tasks. Company vehicle is provided.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure all projects are completed efficiently and effectively.
- Maintain accurate records of work performed, materials used, and any issues encountered during operations.
Experience
- Previous experience in spraying operations or landscape maintenance is preferred but not required.
- Familiarity with plant and weed identification is a plus.
- Proficiency in operating machinery and using hand/power tools safely.
- Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with team members and customers.
- A valid driver's license is required for this position.

Pay: $23.00 - $35.00 per hour
