We’re looking for reliable, hardworking, and motivated individuals to join our lawn care crew! As a Lawn Mowing Crew Member, you’ll be an essential part of our team, helping to keep residential and commercial properties looking sharp and well-maintained. Responsibilities:
- Operate commercial lawn mowers, trimmers, blowers, and other landscaping equipment
- Perform routine lawn maintenance including mowing, trimming, edging, and clean-up
- Assist with seasonal services such as spring/fall clean-ups and minor landscaping
- Maintain a clean and professional appearance on job sites
- Follow all safety guidelines and company procedures
- Work as part of a team to complete jobs efficiently and to high standards
Requirements:
- Previous lawn care or landscaping experience preferred, but not required – we’re willing to train the right person!
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Reliable transportation to and from the shop. Company vehicle will be provided to go to and from job sites
- Strong work ethic and a positive attitude
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and perform physical labor for extended periods

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $21.00 - $27.00 per hour
Expected hours: 35 – 50 per week
Schedule:
- 10 hour shift
Work Location: In person
