Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in North Charlotte, NC, for a D2D Sales Team Manager. The Sales Team Manager will own the operations of the sales team. As the first hire, team lead, and collaborator with the owner, this person will essentially own the sales team and partner with the office. This individual must ensure that aggressive targets are set and met while maintaining strong customer satisfaction. Responsibilities include managing and training sales staff, developing and implementing sales strategies, and facilitating clear and effective communication within the team. The role also involves monitoring customer service standards and ensuring that team members provide high-quality lawn care consultations and solutions to our clients.

• Team Management and Training skills
• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
• Proficiency in Sales strategies and processes

• Relevant experience in lawn care or similar industries is a plus
