Field Marketing Associate

Lawn Pride is seeking an energetic Field Marketing Associate to distribute promotional materials in targeted residential neighborhoods. This role is perfect for individuals who enjoy working outdoors and have a self-motivated attitude. This motivated individual will help expand our customer base through neighborhood marketing efforts!

As a Field Marketing Associate on the Lawn Pride team, a typical day for you will include:

• Distribute company brochures and promotional materials to residential homes
• Follow predetermined neighborhood routes efficiently
• Track distribution activities and report results
• Represent Lawn Pride positively when interacting with potential customers
• Identify and report potential sales opportunities encountered in the field

Bring your skills and achieve success (Required qualifications)

• Ability to pass a basic background check
• Valid Driver's License and clean driving record, (we provide a company vehicle)
• 21 years or older
• We will Train!
• Physical stamina to walk for extended periods
• Professional appearance and positive attitude
• Basic organizational skills for route planning
• Dependable with strong work ethic
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Sense of humor

• Competitive Pay: $18.00 per hour. We provide a company vehicle and uniform!
• Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8am - 5pm
• Location: 7740 Johnson Rd, Indianapolis, IN 46250
• Benefits: Bonus Program, Paid time off, Paid holidays, and Full benefits package
