Job Description:
Pay- Training is $20 an hour, After Training pay starts at a higher rate. $25
-Training includes learning the app and learning our prices and selling on site.
We are looking for someone we can train to become a Sprinkler Technician. You must have great communication skills and be able to educate and assist customers in choosing the right products and services. You Must also be a little tech savvy to be able to use the mobile app.
Daily tasks include, but are not limited to the following:
- Knowledge of sprinkler systems and the ability to diagnose and complete repairs
- Maintain Sprinkler Timers
- Ability to give accurate Estimate and timeframes.
- Must be a good communicator with fellow techs to cover each others appointments.
- Educate and assist customers in choosing the best repair or replacement options
- Monitor Irrigation Needs
- Other Irrigation Related Tasks
- Problem Solving & Learning Abilities
- Clean, safe driving record
- Competitive individual contributor who also loves to win as a team
- Passion for communicating with customer and fixing sprinkler issues
